Love my My Niche Apartment!! Warm, inviting and unique architecture. A variety of layouts. Love the rich cabinetry, floors, huge windows for amazing light! My apartment is a studio, and it is larger than any one bedroom I've ever rented. Gorgeous patio, awesome appliances. Love the location, close to a greenway, walking distance to BofA stadium and BB&T Ballpark.
