Brand Development

The Bowery's branding refresh was inspired by the prohibition era and the property's moody, speakeasy-inspired decor - think crystal cocktail glasses and leather. Dark, warm colors and nostalgic, vintage photographs help create a distinctive atmosphere that creates a space that is truly memorable.

Bowery Phase II

My Niche opened Phase II of The Bowery in 2019, which features a covered rooftop patio amenity along with an expanded fitness area and coworking space. Phase II has maintained 98% leased since its opening.

Highly recommend this apartment building for Sav residents! Unbeatable location and amenities- especially the outdoor patio grilling area. Julie is the best too- super helpful and easy to work with. Great experience here so far.
